Purchased at approximately 30% below replacement cost, these well-maintained mid-2000s properties are poised for transformation. The operator will implement a value-add repositioning strategy, including unit modernizations, enhanced amenities, and rebranding to boost rental income and long-term asset value. This approach capitalizes on Dallas’ robust demographic and economic growth.
