                As the Managing Partner of Elim Investment Management Inc., Harvey Li brings over 20 years of experience in finance and real estate. He served as a futures trader at JPMorgan Chase’s Asia Pacific headquarters, overseeing Asian crude oil and base metals futures trading. Since 2016, he has been involved in alternative investment management, independently managing commercial real estate properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and hotels.
Over the past 10 years, Harvey has expanded the Company’s investment footprint by partnering with national private builders and engineers in Class A multifamily and townhome development projects.
Harvey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Financial Engineering from Imperial College London.
                As Managing Partner, Stanley leads the execution and implementation of the company’s capital growth strategies. His primary focus is on capital markets, where he expands and develops relationships with institutional and wealth management partners and clients.
Before joining Elim, Stanley was based in Hong Kong, where he held various executive management roles, including COO and Managing Director, at a leading North American land-based real estate investment, management, and development company for 20 years.
He holds a master’s degree in Financial Management from London University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ottawa University.
                
                Ned Mahic is an experienced real estate developer and investor, with more than 20 years’ experience in acquiring, financing, developing, and investing in various real estate properties.
Ned started his career in commercial lending in NYC in 1998, and then returned to Chicago and joined Citibank. In 2005, he started in real estate and has been working in the industry ever since. He covered lending, construction, and development as well as holding rental properties.
                Alex was head of the financial analysis department for the Montreal Capital Markets Group at JLL. During his tenure, Alexis conducted the underwriting and facilitated the closing of some of the most prominent recent transactions in Quebec. Overall, he was involved in the valuation of more than nine million sq. ft. with a combined value exceeding CAD $2.0 billion in properties across all major asset classes.
Alexis holds a B.A. in Economics from Pantheon-Sorbonne University; a B.Comm Honours in Finance from Concordia University, where he was recipient of the Finance Medal; and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
                Dirk Chan is a dynamic and results-driven sales and business development professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries. He has a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams, developing stra-tegic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with partners and clients across Greater China.
Dirk holds a Bachelor of Business from Federation University Australia, providing him with a solid foundation for his successful career in capital markets.
                A real estate investment professional with over 12 years of North America real estate experience, Ronald has a deep understanding of business development, product marketing, and corporate communications across the APAC region. He is currently focused on business expansion and product marketing in the APAC region for Elim Investment Management.
Ronald is a certified PMP and holds a Master’s Degree in Language Studies from City University of Hong Kong.
                Tracy’s strong foundation in business is rooted in her double major in Economics and Marketing from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. After graduation, she joined Sun Life Financial as a financial advisor, focusing on business development. In 2021, she joined Elim Investment Management and took charge of internal operations, compliance, and risk management.
                Sho is the Director of Research. He holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from Chuo University in Japan. With a nine-year tenure at a Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section-listed heavy industry company, Sho spearheaded the overseas division, overseeing strategic expansion across Asian markets. He was also responsible for internal controls and financial audits. Sho joined Elim Investment Management in 2023. Currently, he is primarily responsible for pre-investment research and market analysis of Canadian and U.S. projects
                Chris Cheng is a strategic leader with a diverse background in urban planning, technology, and real estate. He earned his degree in Urban Planning from Concordia University and launched his career at CWMM Consulting Engineers, where he managed a range of development projects. He then spent a decade in project management and sales at Netlink Computers Inc., honing his expertise in tech-driven solutions. Since 2020, Chris has been an active real estate investor, successfully navigating market opportunities. With his cross-industry experience and hands-on approach, he excels at driving sustainable growth and fostering innovation.
